2. Fixation
HT Steaming 8 min, 175-180 ℃
Baking 200℃ X 2min~10min
3. Washing Off
Cold rinse → Warm wash (→ reduction clear 50℃ → reduction clear 70℃) → Hot wash 80℃ → Cold wash
Reduction Clear Recipes:
Sodium Hydrosulfite 0.2 g/l
Caustic Soda 0.5 g/l
Emulsifier 0.5 g/l
thickener selection:
For PES woven, tamarind gum and Synthetic thickener mixed is recommended, or only use Synthetic thickener
For coral velvet, we recommended Synthetic thickener only
